Is it really free to join?

How do the delivery riders work?
When a customer orders from you and chooses delivery, we automatically dispatch a nearby rider to collect the food from you and deliver it to them. They get real-time tracking. You don't pay for the delivery — the customer covers the delivery fee at checkout.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments go straight to your bank account via Stripe. You can withdraw your cleared earnings anytime, or let them auto-deposit every 7 days. Earnings clear 48 hours after the order completes.
Do I need food hygiene certification?
We recommend it, but you can sign up without one. We'll guide you through registering with your local council during onboarding — it's free and straightforward.
What commission do you take?
5% for collection and self-delivery orders. 10% when you use our delivery riders. That's it. Compare that to Deliveroo's 25-35% or Uber Eats' 15-30%.
Can I set my own prices and hours?
Absolutely. You set every price, choose when you're open, and decide which products to list. It's your store — we just power it.
Can I offer collection as well as delivery?
Yes. You can turn on collection, your own delivery, our rider delivery, or all three. Your customers choose what works for them at checkout.

Cravers Eats Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Cravers Eats app. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

When you sign up, we collect your business name, email, and password. This data is stored securely by Supabase (EU servers) and is used solely to create and manage your seller account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at hello@craverseats.co.uk or use the "My Data" section in the app.
