Cravers Eats Ltd operates a marketplace connecting independent food sellers with customers. Joining is free; commission is charged per completed order at the published rates (from 5%). Payouts are made automatically via Stripe to your nominated bank account.
Sellers are responsible for complying with UK food law, including registration with their local authority, food hygiene standards and accurate allergen information (Natasha's Law). Either party may close the account at any time; completed orders are honoured and outstanding balances paid out.

Cravers Eats Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Cravers Eats app. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
When you sign up, we collect your business name, email, and password. This data is stored securely by Supabase (EU servers) and is used solely to create and manage your seller account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at hello@craverseats.co.uk or use the "My Data" section in the app.
